Our Mission

Mission Statement

The North Carolina Peace Corps Association (NCPCA) brings the ideals of Peace Corps service back home to North Carolina. Comprised primarily of returned Peace Corps Volunteers, it embraces the Peace Corps’ “Third Goal” of strengthening Americans’ understanding about the world. NCPCA members promote public awareness and education about other countries and cultures. They perform community service in North Carolina. They also join in social activities and pursue a sense of community with each other and the larger Peace Corps family, in affiliation with the National Peace Corps Association.

NCPCA welcomes returned volunteers and anyone else with a Peace Corps connection to join its vibrant community!
